Provide administrative assistance and support for the DRC.

The Associate Director, Post Award Administration (Office of Sponsored Research), under the direction of the Director for Post-Award Administration, spearheads the development of standard operating procedures, helps lead training of staff within OSR staff and from other Joslin offices, participates in committees within and outside Joslin.
Manages a full sponsored research post-award portfolio including oversight and management of financial policy, compliance and reporting issues that arise during the life of the award. Post-award responsibilities involve the administration of research projects to ensure they operate within financial limitations as well as their compliance with legal, sponsor and Center policies and procedures.
Position also leads or supports the development and implementation of research business practices that establish effective and efficient administrative operations.
Provides direct supervision of the Sr. Administrative Coordinator.

The Image Acquisition Specialist (IAS) will be trained and certified to perform all functions relative to the acquisition of retinal images using a variety of digital retinal imaging systems.
The IAS will acquire pertinent medical history and retinal images and work with the program coordinator to provide high-level care in a clinical telemedicine program. The IAS will provide other support to the team in order to achieve program goals, and other functions as requested by the Chief, Center for Ocular Telehealth, or the programs coordinator.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Clinical Research Coordinator I performs activities related to coordination and implementation of research protocols within the Beetham Eye Institute and Eye Research Section (both clinical trial and non-trial research).
The Clinical Research Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring quality adherence to protocol-specific and general regulatory requirements for translational research and clinical study efforts. Assists in the development and maintenance of recordkeeping systems as well as procedures to rigorously track, prepare and store patient data for research purposes. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, manages sophisticated equipment data transfers and has a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Assists in administration of studies within BEI and may serve as an administrative liaison for multicenter industry and non-industry studies for the BEI team Individual is expected to work constructively within the BEI research team and cooperate well with the clinical staff and faculty of the BEI.

The Young Adult Clinic Coordinator is responsible for providing support to physicians and allied health professionals within a busy ambulatory setting and is to ensure efficient clinic operations by providing excellent customer service to patients, other staff members, and external parties to meet the needs of Young Adults with diabetes. The Young Adult Clinic Coordinator will also collaborate with external organizations to promote the Young Adult Clinic mission and principles as established by the Director of the Young Adult Clinic.
