The Centralized Appointment Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and registering patients for services utilizing the NextGen practice management system. The Central Appointment Scheduler will have interactions with patients and their families, physicians, physician office personnel and others in obtaining and recording the information necessary for effective scheduling and accurate registration while maintaining a focus on customer service and patient confidentiality.
Schedule for this role will be 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Please note that though this position's location and responsibilities will be at the Joslin Diabetes Center, employment & application will be through Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP).
