The Centralized Appointment Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and registering patients for services utilizing the NextGen practice management system. The Central Appointment Scheduler will have interactions with patients and their families, physicians, physician office personnel and others in obtaining and recording the information necessary for effective scheduling and accurate registration while maintaining a focus on customer service and patient confidentiality.     Schedule for this role will be 8:30am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)

The Clinical Diabetes Educator - Nurse provides state of the art diabetes self-management education (DSME) in a variety of settings, to persons with diabetes (PWD) and their families/care-partners, helping to optimize their diabetes management.    This role is part time, 24hr/wk. There is an option for 1 day remote per week after initial 6 months of training.
